Good understanding of large scale software development cycle and process

Be flexible on work-time during load delivery

Capacitors are susceptible to harmonic, the wattless power compensation loop closing inrush current and operating voltage, extremely easy to cause the damage of capacitors and the low power factor, therefore, need to install a series reactor reactance rate in a series capacitor front-end, suppression and harmonic absorption, protection of capacitor, avoid the influence caused by harmonic, closing inrush current or switching overvoltage, thereby significantly improving the reliability and stability of power system.
